Tom Thomas a California native graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Business Administration where he attended on a football scholarship. A long time Upland resident who has been married to Ann Thomas for 37 years; they have three grown daughters and two granddaughters. Tom served as a City of Upland Councilmember from 1990 through 2010, and on the Upland Planning Commission from 1987 to 1990. He is also a member of the Tour de Foothills Bicycle Ride Committee, Upland Sister City Association, Pomona Valley Protective Association, San Antonio Water Company, Upland Police Foundation, Upland YMCA Honorary Board, West End Water Company, Friends of the Upland Library and Cooper Museum.
 
Kelly McMenomy

Kelly McMenomy is a certified public accountant and a partner in the firm of Hansen & McMenomy CPAs, LLP in Ontario. Her community service includes a current volunteer appointment as chief financial officer on the Upland Community Foundation board and past service as an adult literacy volunteer for the Upland Public Library. She currently serves as Treasurer of Girl Scouts Spanish Trails Council and as a member of the Chaffey College Citizens’ Oversight Committee. She also is member of the California Society of CPAs and the AICPA. She graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in accounting. Kelly resides in Upland with her husband Mark and two daughters.

Yvette M. Walker is Director of Marketing & Public Relations for her husband's law firm, Walker & Mann, which is recognized in Southern California as a leading Professional Liability and Business Law Firm. She has a degree in Communications and Marketing with over 12 years experience in product development, branding & local and international marketing. She has served 10 years as a volunteer for St. Paul of the Cross Church in Administration & Teaching. She is proud to serve as Secretary to the Upland Community Foundation as well as serve on the committee for Steven's Hope for Children's annual "Run Day", is a supporter of San Antonio Community Hospital Foundation and the Francis Mary Paul Circle, is a St. Anthony's Parish Eucharistic Minister and DDF supporter, serves on Ontario Reign's, Hope Reigns Foundation's Annual Golf Tournament. Yvette lives in Upland with her husband Jeffrey A. Walker, ESQ and her three children, Sophia, Nicholas and Alexander on beautiful and historic Euclid Avenue. She is proud to live in the city of " Gracious Living".

Fern has been an insurance agent for 35 years and the Secretary/Treasurer of Ray Musser & Associates Insurance Services for 40 years. She has been Treasurer of the Inland Empire Association of Health Underwriters for 17 years and currently serves as Treasurer for Upland Community Foundation. Memberships: Local, State and National Association of Health Underwriters, Upland Community Foundation member since 2008, Pomona First Baptist Church and Choir Member and Registered Health Underwriter. Fern and her husband, Ray, have 4 married children, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She has been an Upland Resident since 1957.

Roxanne is retired from Upland Unified School District where she worked in special education for over 16 years dividing her time between Pioneer Jr High & Upland High School. Besides serving on Upland Community Foundation Board, she spends many hours volunteering at Hillside Community Church as Chairman of Women of Vision Mt Baldy View, Upland Woman's Club, Assistance League of The Foothill Communities, Mariposa Community Services Board, Uplanders Club Board as 1st Vice President and Volunteers at New Hope Homeless Project in Ontario. She is a supporter of the arts & music along with historic preservation in Upland through Upland Heritage & the Cooper Museum. She loves the community she lives in and wants to see Upland use its assets to just keep on getting better and become the city to live in. She resides in the Laurel/Arrow Historical District with her husband Michael and they have two adult daughters who also reside in Upland.

Lisa Monforte has been a small business owner in the City of Upland since 1994. Some of her past & current community service includes: AYSO Region 32, PTSA volunteer at Foothill Knolls & Pepper Tree Elementary, Pioneer Jr. High & Upland High School, Relay for Life, One Tough Run, Tour de Foothills and a member of St. Joseph Church Marriage Enrichment Program. Chairperson for "Pink at the Rink" Citizens Business Bank Arena & NCAA Woman's Finals "Slam Dunk for a Cure" fundraisers benefiting the Mary Kay Foundation. As of June 2010, Upland Adopt A Soldier Military Banner Program. Lisa resides in Upland with husband Paul. She has 3 children, Christopher, Heather & Victoria.

George Morris was born in Fort Payne Alabama with an M.A in History from CSULA, a B.D in Biblical Theology from California Baptist Seminary, a B.A in Religion and Education from Upland College. His work experience ranges from Political Consultant for the Democratic Party to Associate Pastor with roots in the Baptist Church as well as Acquisitions and Book keeping for Southwestern University School of Law from ’76-02’. George has served in the Civic arena since 1995 to date as the Planning Commissioner for the City of Upland. His Community involvement includes the Pomona Valley Community Concert Association, Chaffey Community Art Association and Docent Sam Maloof Museum Foundation. His Political experience includes 7 years experience on the DEMO Central Committee Parliamentarian and Chair for the San Bernardino County Democratic Central Committee, Chair for the California Federation of County Democratic Central Committee for almost 10 years and is the recipient of the “Bob Mack” Award for “Outstanding Democratic Volunteer in the State of California for 1999.

Ray has 25 plus years experience as a fundraiser for non profit organizations. Ray serves on the Upland Community Foundation Board as a liaison to City Council and as an advisor. Ray initiated and created the California Health Underwriters Foundation and served as Founding President. Ray has been President and Principal of Ray Musser & Associates Insurance Services for 40 years. Ray has served on Upland City Council for 13 years and in February 28, 2011 was appointed Upland City Mayor. Ray has been an Upland resident since 1957.
